How it works
A structured process. Not a database, not a promise.
We run 8-week matching cohorts on fixed dates. You get vetted introductions, a proper trial framework, and honest answers at every stage — including "you're not ready yet."
1. Apply
You tell us about your product, your traction, and what you need a commercial co-founder to own. If you're at idea stage, we'll tell you straight — matching won't work yet, and we'll point you at what will.
2. Intake & calibration
A proper call, not a form review. We sharpen your spec, pressure-test your equity offer against what the market actually accepts, and agree exactly who we're looking for. If your offer won't attract the calibre you need, you'll hear it from us first — not from three rejections.
3. Curated introductions
You get a minimum of 2–3 introductions per cycle. Every operator has passed our vetting: track record evidenced, 12+ months of runway (or a credible path), and a commitment to move fast. A committed number, deliberately small — because three right people beat three hundred profiles.
4. The 60-day working trial
Chemistry calls don't predict co-founder success. Working together does. Our structured trial framework gives you both real deliverables, honest checkpoints, and equity split guidance — so you find out what the partnership is actually like before anyone signs anything.
5. The week-8 review
Every cohort ends with a straight answer: match (formalise it), re-up (right process, not the right person yet — renew at a reduced rate), pause (we stop charging you until the right operators enter the pool), or handoff (what you actually need is a hire, and we do that too).
